We are happy to confirm that restrictions have lifted for prospective home buyers from Britain. The new UK travel restrictions will include a list of specific “reasonable excuses to travel” outside the country, which includes travel “in connection with the purchase, sale, letting, or rental of a residential property,” according to new legislation.
Permitted activities include visiting an estate agent, a developer sales office or show home, viewing residential properties to rent or buy and preparing a property for moving in. Please ask for your appointment.
The Spanish government will still be requiring travelers to show a negative PCR result from a test taken no more than 72 hours before arrival.
